Standardized Assessments

MonsterGov offers two off-the-shelf standardized test batteries that can be used across federal supervisory or non-supervisory positions. We also construct agency-specific batteries from our catalog of validated tests to target particular competencies or test experience characteristics. These batteries can be combined with other assessments (e.g., Training and Experience (T&E) questions, structured interviews) in the selection process for a deeper understanding of candidates’ qualifications.
