MHME 4.16 Going Live on July 31

Woman smiling while looking at a laptop screen.On July 31st, MHME 4.16 will be live in production systems, and agencies can test out new enhancements now in the UAT environment. MonsterGov hosted a client preview for the 4.16 release on June 28th to share key release highlights, including a new dashlet in Position Classification, new scoring/rating guideline capabilities in Collaborate, and more advanced applicant tagging/filtering functionality in the Applicant Listing staging area of the ATS, Monster Hiring Management.

New MCO Tag-Based Job Search Pages from USAJOBS

Woman working on a laptopWe have updated our resource page for MCO tags to reflect OPM’s two new job search portals: 1) STEM and 2) National Security & Foreign Policy. USAJOBS is encouraging agencies to begin using the relevant tags now so the portals will be better populated. Please note, the STEM page leverages the built-in MCO tag, while NATSEC requires a custom tag. Read more about the new sites below!

Tune into our Change Management Tutorial at IPAC

IPAC logoOn Monday, July 24, 2023, in Washington, D. C., MonsterGov’s I/O Psychologists Shannon Kobus and Nathan Forrester will be leading a change management tutorial at the International Personnel Assessment Council (IPAC) Annual Conference. Our subject matter experts will lead a hands-on session on designing a change management strategy that can be applied to a range of organizational change situations. Presenters will share best practices, discuss case studies, and provide sample tools and assessments so participants can leave with practical recommendations to help them better manage their agency’s next change.
